Sicilian Cannoli
A nod to the classic: A smooth blend of sweet ricotta and cinnamon, piped into our gluten-free shells and finished with dark chocolate on one end and crushed pistachios on the other.

Vanilla Custard Cannoli
A silky, house-made vanilla bean pastry cream, slow-cooked to a thick, creamy texture and piped into crisp, gluten-free pastry shells.

Pistachio Ricotta Cannoli
A creamy blend of sweet ricotta and smooth pistachio paste, piped into our crisp, gluten-free shells and finished with crushed pistachios on one end.

Towers are delivered and assembled on-site to ensure they’re stable, styled, and photo-ready.
Free delivery is included within a 20km radius of our St Kilda studio. Delivery beyond this area is quoted based on location and order size.
Trays are available for pickup or delivery (flat fee applies). For larger events, cannoli can be styled across multiple towers or combined with trays to suit your space.
